The property comprises main house, guest house, outdoor dining area, pool (width 4 meters /length 9 meters/depth 1,5 meters) and a beautiful garden.

The main house contains 3 bedrooms

Bedroom “Lavanda"

The bedroom “Lavanda” with one double bed on the ground floor facing the garden with the bathroom (jacuzzi bath, bidet).

Bedroom “Oliva"

The bedroom “Oliva” with one double bed on the ground floor facing the pool, with its own bathroom (shower cabin).

Bedroom “Rondine"

The bedroom “Rondine” with one double bed and one single bed as well as its own bathroom (shower cabin), with a balcony, is on the first floor.

Shutters of all the rooms can be closed at night for those who want to sleep late but there is nothing like waking up to a gentle morning breeze.
The living room, the dining room and the well equipped kitchen are located on the ground floor.

Subtle lighting, ancient arches and stone work provide a special sense of history to the spacious open plan living and dining room. Decorated with three sofas, mantelpiece, multi-channel television, the living area is very comfortable. The dining table with the chairs and the sofa is just one step from the living area.

The guest house contains one bedroom

Bedroom “Farfalla” with one double and one single beds, one bathroom (shower cabin) and the kitchen zone with one additional single bed.

The property can boast a chilling patio zone where you will find a shelter against the burning Cretan sun. The whole your company сan comfortably sit in the patio area with a large table, plenty of chairs as well as sofas and armchairs. From the patio there is an access to the outdoor dining area with BBQ, dining table, chairs, TV set and all the kitchen utensils/tools that you may need.

The villa is just a short one minute walk from the centre of the village Pigi, a pretty Cretan village with one cafe and two tavernas. There is also a bakery and minimarket in the settlement.The beaches are just a short 5 minutes drive away.

If you choose all-inclusive package at Villa Arancia you can enjoy your meals in the renowned Paraplous restaurant with the gorgeous sea view from 09:00 am till 06:00 pm as well as relax on the sunbeds at Paraplous beach.
